Kawasaki syndrome is an acute febrile vasculitis of childhood with conjuctival hyperemia inflammation of oral mucosa characteristical changes of extremities skin signs and cervical lymphadenomegaly We are reporting a 6 years old girl who was admitted to our hospital with complaints of skin eruptions erythema multiforme and diarrhea At the first blood count thrombocytopenia was present and also there was hypoalbuminemia On the 12th day of hospitalization we noticed desquamation on both hands and feet Echocardiogram revealed dilatation of the coronary arteries nbsp; Turk Arch Ped 2007; 42: 40 2 Key words: Hemolytic uremic syndrome Kawasaki syndrome thrombocytopenia
