Study on the ethanol extraction technology of total triterpenoid saponins from cedar

The ethanol extraction method on the recovery rate of total triterpenoid saponins from cedar was mainly investigated.Single-factor(extraction temperature,extraction time,ratio of material to liquid ratio,ethanol concentration)and orthogonal experiments were used to detect the recovery rate of the total triterpenoid saponins from cedar.The orthogonal experiment results showed that the optimal conditions for extraction were as follows:the extraction temperature was 70℃,extraction time was 2h,the ratio of material to liquid was 1∶20,ethanol concentration was 70%,and under this condition,the recovery rate was 70%.
