Composite material for rapidly and deeply treating organo-chlorine pesticide wastewater

The invention relates to a composite material for rapidly and deeply treating organo-chlorine pesticide wastewater, and preparation and application of the composite material. The composite material comprises 5-20 parts by weight of nano iron and 80-95 parts by weight of carrier, wherein the carrier is an activated carbon fiber felt or a mixture of activated carbon fiber cloth and a carbon-based material from bionts; the weight ratio of the activated carbon fiber cloth to the carbon-based material is 1:9 to 9:1; the diameter of the nano iron is about 100nm. By using the composite material, degradation of organo-chlorine pesticide can be rapidly achieved, and the organo-chlorine pesticide can be generally degraded within 30 minutes.
