Estudo sobre o uso do sistema themis-pg na comarca de codó-ma: os desafios a partir da inclusão digital.

Advances in technology directly influence the most diverse branches of today's society. For this reason and in order to adapt the Judiciary to the digital sphere, Law 11,419 / 2006 was instituted, seeking the integration of processes with information technology and, consequently, greater speed and dynamism. In this perspective, the present work intends to contribute to an analysis on the new technologies, in its reflexes in the area of Law and more specifically with respect to the procedures used in the Judiciary Power. The objective was to identify the operators of the Themis PG system; Analyze the degree of technical ability and discuss the operationalization of this system and the digital inclusion data. In relation to the methodological design, this is a quantitative and qualitative research, being classified as exploratory and descriptive as for the means, a case study. The research was divided in two phases: a) bibliographical, through the reading of dissertations, scientific articles and specific legislations; and b) field work, with application of 08 questionnaires, with 19 closed questions and 6 open questions. With the analysis of the questionnaires and the entire research, it was concluded that the path of digital inclusion in the judiciary has begun, but that the goal of virtualizing the process as a means of achieving speed, reducing costs and guaranteeing access to justice is still predicted For the future, but that even far away is visibly possible and indispensable.
