Currently there are many problems in China's rural financial organization system.It is necessary to re-recognize the relation of financial economy from a new perspective."Functional perspective" is to study the functions which the rural financial organization system should possess from the functional relation between rural financial organization system and environment.Particularly speaking,it is from the perspective of environment to research the functional requests proposed by the external environment for rural financial organization system,the relations among the functions and the best forms of how to carry out the functions.
