Desmopressin acetate tabletsin in treatment traumatic diabetes insipitus

【Objective】To study desmopressin acetate tabletsin treatment for the Traumatic diabetes insipitus.【Methods】Experiences of 47 patients with traumatic diabetes insipitus treated in our hospital since 2001 were summarized.25 cases had been treated with routine and 22 cases had been treated with Desmopressin acetate tabletsin.【Results】Among 25 cases with routine treatment,Complete relief was got in 17 cases(68%),the patients revive well 6 (24.0%).Among 22 cases with desmopressin acetate tabletsin treatment,complete relief was got in 16 cases(72.7%),the patients revive well 6(27.3%).【Conclusion】Desmopressin acetate tabletsin treatment is beneficial in the treatment of traumatic diabetes insipitus.
