An optical concentrator ambient light

An optical light concentrator comprising an array of polarizing transflectives surfaces (15a, 15b, 15c) whose rear face is covered by an optical quarter wave retardation film (17a, 17b, 17c). The network is adapted to redirect and focus at a target (21) the light (14a, 14b, 14c) which is reflected by the front polarizing surfaces, without that said polarizing surfaces (15a, 15b, 15c) make obstacle to optical path of light (16a, 16b, 16c). Light (16a, 16b, 16c) which is linearly polarized through the front polarizer is circularly polarized to the passage of optical quarter wave film (17a, 17b, 17c) and passes through the rear faces of the other polarizers with little absorption.
