The Dynamic Changes of Platelet Membrane Glycoprotein in Acute Myocardial Infarction

To study the dynamic changes of platelet membrane glycoprotein in AMI. Methods:Levels of serum platelet GMP-140 and GP Ilb/IIIa were measured in 17 AMI patients(24 h,48 h,72 h, 1 w,2 w) ,30 SAP patients,and 30 healthy persons using ELISA. Results:Levels of GMP-140 and GP Ilb/IIIa were significantly higher at each time point in patients with AMI compared with the control and SAP groups(P0.01). There was a significant difference in GMP-140 and GP Ilb/IIIa between AMI and SAP groups at 24 h,48 h,and 72 h(P0.01). There were significant dynamic changes in GMP-140 and GP Ilb/IIIa in AMI(P 0.01). Conclusion:Platelet was activated for at least 3 days in AMI, which suggested that platelet membrane glycoprotein took part in the process of coronary thrombosis in AMI.
