A NEW FREQUENCY PLANNING METHOD ON TRANSPONDERS IN THE SATELLITE COMMUNICATIONS NETWORKS

An efficient frequency planning method for the satellite communications networks is proposed by considering the fact that the interference effects on baseband signal is depend on the transmission scheme provided. A simplified simulation was performed, and it was proved that the proposed method resulted a better frequency planning method compared to the conventional method which accounts for the absolute interference on RF link.
