六偏磷酸钠对PESA-SiC-H2O悬浮液流变性的影响

2011
Effects of sodium hexametaphosphate (SHMP) on rheology of SiC aqueous suspensions dispersed with polyepoxysuccinic acid (PESA) were investigated. Results showed that PESA could well disperse SiC aqueous suspensions. As the total content of dispersants was fixed, small addition of SHMP (0.1%) further improved the rheology of SiC suspensions. The reason was that SHMP molecules could fill into many small, bare ”patches” between PESA molecules, thus resulting in enhanced steric and electrostatic repulsion.
