Under the effects of a retractable rod connector and an inhaul cable tensioning wheel, expansion moment at the position of the retractable rod is formed. The problem that initial singular points exist under the condition that the hinge is driven by an inhaul cable is solved effectively, expansion reliability of the hinge is improved, and energy consumption is reduced. By simplifying of the structure of the hinge, an inhaul cable tensioning wheel and an additional pulley in a retractable rod connector replace a complicated spring driving structure, and the size and the quality of the hinge are reduced effectively. The hinge is not driven by a spring, and is only driven by the inhaul cable, and therefore, controllability and stability of an expansion process are improved.
