The invention discloses a real-time vehicle axle temperature monitoring system. At least a wireless temperature sensor is arranged at each axle of a vehicle. At least a wireless concentrator, information access equipment and information processing equipment are arranged on the vehicle, wherein the information processing equipment is connected with an alarm. The temperature sensors acquire the temperature information of the axles of the vehicles in real time and transmit the temperature information to the wireless concentrator; the wireless concentrator collects the temperature information of the axles of the vehicle and wirelessly transmits the temperature information to the information access equipment; the information access equipment wirelessly transmits the received temperature information to the information processing equipment; and when the information processing equipment judges that the axles run abnormally according to the temperature information, the alarm gives out an alarm. The real-time vehicle axle temperature monitoring system has the advantages that the occurrence possibility of safety accidents caused by too high axle temperature can be greatly reduced and the safety factor of the vehicle is greatly improved.
