The polyolefin resin composition

The invention provides a propylene/1-butene random copolymer (PBR) having excellent flexibility, impact resistance, heat resistance and low-temperature heat-seal properties, a polypropylene composition containing the copolymer, a sheet and (stretched) film prepared by the composition and a composite film having a layer of the composition. More specifically, the invention relates to a polyolefin resin composition, comprising acrylic polymer of 100 parts by weight and at least one elastomer, of no less than 10 parts by weight, of elastomers obtained by metallocene catalyst. The invention further provides a transition metal compound useful as an olefin polymerization catalyst and an olefin polymerization catalyst containing the transition metal compound.
