Using mathematical models to study research misconduct's affection on national innovation systems

In this paper,the author analysis the influences of research misconduct on our national innovation systems by using mathematical models.Basing on the mathematical model of "research misconduct","innovation achievements" and "referee mechanism",the author finds that a rigid,fair and open academic referee system could efficiently prevent research misconduct from happening,and on the other hand,impact on the development of innovation research.
