Test on Improved Horizontal Pipe Cyclone Separator

Based on visualization experimental study of horizontal cyclone separator for pneumatic system,both the cyclone impeller and the structure of the separator were improved.The improved horizontal pipe cyclone separator was tested in laboratory,and the testing results verified that the pressure drop reduced about 30%,and the separating efficiency increased 2.2%.
