The present invention relates to a polyamino acid-based bioenvironment-sensitive nanoparticle for early cancer diagnoses or cancer therapies. More specifically, the use of polyamino acid-based nanoparticle specifically sensitized by bioenvironment enables recognition of cancer cells and cancer diagnoses. Owing to drug supportability of the nanoparticle, the polyamino acid-based bioenvironment-sensitive nanoparticle provides therapeutic effects for cancer.
