Application of Amplitude Spectrum Gradient Attribute in the Prediction of Reservoir Productivity

It is a challenge to predict reservoir productivity using seismic data. By applying seismic amplitude spectrum gradient attribute, integrating reservoir engineering parameters, we have proposed technical solution and workflow of applying seismic data to predict distribution of reservoir productivity. The application shows that predicted results have good compatibility with actual production data, which indicates that seismic data can be used to predict reservoir productivity and delineate the distribution of high-production reservoirs.
