Липиды сыворотки крови и желчи при заболеваниях желчевыводящих путей у коренного сельского населения Тывы

2015
The clinical epidemiological examination of population of village Chaa-Khol of the Republic of Tuva (coverage 82%) was organized. The purpose of research was to study interrelationships of lipids of blood serum and bile under diseases of bile-excreting system using single-step technique. The ultrasound scanning of abdominal cavity was applied to 572 aborigines according to 50% random sampling. The detection of total cholesterol, triglycerides and cholesterol of lipoproteins of high density of blood serum was implemented with biochemical methods to 265 aborigines according to 25% random sampling. The detection of total cholesterol, total phospholipids and total bile acids in duodenal bile extracted by duodenal probing was implemented to 144 aborigines. The content of total cholesterol in blood serum in aborigines under cholelithiasis was higher as compared with patients with hyper-motor function of gallbladder. The direct correlation of concentration of total cholesterol in blood serum with its content and index of bile saturation both in hepatic (r=0.47, plipids of blood and bile under pathology of bile-excreting ways in mongoloids of Tuva underline the role of lipid metabolism in pathogenesis of biliary diseases.
