Production TSS in the lowland area is beneficial as most of the shallot production centers in the lowland. This research was aimed to increase the quality of TSS in the lowland area. The experiment did in the lowland of Subang (100 m asl). The experiment was used Factorial Completely Random Block Design with four replications. The first factor was Phosphorous doses on P2O5 (0, 100, 200, 300, 400 kg ha-1) and the second factor was Potassium doses on K2O (0, 50, 100, 150, 200 kg ha-1). The results showed a dose of 400 kg P2O5 ha-1 increased seed germination, vigor index, and maximum growth potential of TSS. K fertilizer does not affect all flowering parameters except a number of flowers per plant and percentage of capsule set. A dose of 50 kg K2O ha-1 increased the number of flowers per plant reached 70.9 buds and 200 kg K2O ha-1 increased the percentage of capsule set until 54.82%. combination of dose 400 kg P2O5 ha-1 and 200 kg K2O ha-1 increased 74.7% seed germination, and vigor index until 92%, and the dose of 200 kg P2O5 ha-1 increased 64% maximum growth potential.
