Сутність і структура професійної іншомовної компетентності юриста

The article considers the competence approach to the future lawyer's professional training as an important way to modernize the sphere of education. In particular, the content of the professionally oriented teaching of a foreign language at different stages in the non-liguistic educational institutions is considered, new tendencies to form the foreign communication skills are determined, the sociocultural aspect and psychological and methodical issues are raised, the method of application of the original sources is proposed.
