This master thesis deals with methods of recruitment and selection of employees. The aim is to describe methods and trends of recruitment and selection process, their advantages and disadvantages and importance of their proper use as they significantly affect operation and competitiveness of every company. This thesis also focuses on describing today's turbulently changing environment and the factors that influence the labor market and subsequently the methods of recruitment. Special attention has been paid to the overall process of the recruitment and selection within the advertisement industry.
