Photosensitive conductive ink, cured substance made of same, and conduction-patterned laminate

2013
The present invention provides a photosensitive conductive ink capable of forming a conductive layer having exceptional conduction, adhesiveness and moist-heat resistance. This photosensitive conductive ink contains a photosensitive resin (A), conductive particles (B) and a photopolymerization initiator (C). The photosensitive resin (A) is a photosensitive resin (A-1) or (A-2) having a carboxyl group and an ethylenically unsaturated group on a side chain, and obtained by making a polybasic acid anhydride (d), a compound (f) and a polybasic acid anhydride (g) sequentially react with a resin (c),. The compound (f) has an epoxy or oxetanyl group and an ethylenically unsaturated group. The resin (c) is formed by reacting an epoxy compound (a) and a phenol compound (b), and has a hydroxyl group on a side chain.
