Ceramic welding is a unique hot repair process introduced by Fosbel to extend furnace life without any interruption of production. A dry mixture of refractory powder and finely divided metal is sprayed via a current of oxygen onto the zone to be repaired. The furnace endoscope is an important part of Fosbel technology.
