The invention discloses a synthesized natural latex self-adhered elastic bandage and a manufacturing method thereof. The elastic bandage is composed of a synthesized natural latex adhesive and an elastic fabric component. The synthesized natural latex adhesive comprises components of: 100 parts of synthesized natural latex, 1-30 parts of a tackifying reinforcing auxiliary agent, and 0.1-3 parts of an antioxidant. The preparation method comprises steps that: the prepared synthesized natural latex adhesive is uniformly coated on two surfaces of the elastic fabric through spraying, dip-coating, roll-coating, and scrape-coating technologies; the fabric is dried and is processed by using a reeling apparatus, such that the synthesized natural latex self-adhered elastic bandage product provided by the invention is obtained. The self-adhered elastic bandage is advantaged in good safety, environment-friendliness, allergy-resistance, mildew resistance, good air permeability, convenient application, and the like.
