One’s many cultures: A multiple cultures perspective

The objective of this teaching module is to provide students with a comprehensive framework of the concept of culture as applied to organizations. The framework includes the various levels of culture that may be carried by an individual and that may, therefore, impact life in organizations. Thus, it provides a basis for understanding the complex and dynamic interplay of cultural issues at the organizational and suborganizational levels and for choosing the most appropriate actions in a given setting.
