Planejamento e controle de produção de uma pequena indústria de equipamentos para o setor leiteiro

Production planning and control is necessary for the company to achieve greater efficiency, minimize waste and product delays. Therefore, this study aimed to evaluate the production process of a small industry, having as its main object of study its planning and production control, so that the variables that interfere in its productive process and suggest improvements can be identified. Thus, we started with a bibliographical research, showing concepts and authors' views on Production Systems and Production Planning and Control (PCP). After observing the current situation of the productive process of the company studied, it was suggested the implementation of a PCP sector and a simplified guide to assist in the implementation.
