Design and Realization of Software Project Process Monitor System

This paper proposes project process model and data standard.It designs and realizes project process monitor system,which develops process management by process modeling,and integrates software tools together.The system controls the schedule,workload,cost,scale,etc,it solves some problems including data collecting,transferring,classifying,managing and analyzing efficiently.
