Analysis of the elastic 6Li+12C scattering: Energy dependence, “abnormal dispersion” and dynamic polarization potential

The analysis of the elastic scattering of 6Li by 12C at the lab energies 30.6, 59.8, 90, 99, 156, 210 and 318 MeV and by 13,14C at 93 MeV have been carried out in the frame of the semimicroscopic approach accounting for dispersion relations. It indicates the abnormal dispersion behavior at energies near 15 MeV/nucl.
