Опыт хирургического лечения расслаивающих аневризм восходящего отдела, дуги и нисходящего отдела грудной аорты

The article gives the experience of surgical treatment of 215 patients with thoracic dissecting aneurisms of A type according to Stanford classification. There are given the indices of hospital and remote (within 5 years of observation) lethality. Three groups of patients are compared depending on the operation volume: the prosthesis of ascending aorta, ascending aorta and half-arch, ascending aorta and aortic arch.
