Provided is a full-automatic wheelchair. A detection system is connected with a control system, and the control system controls steering, acceleration, deceleration and balance of the wheelchair through an adjustment system. The detection system comprises an ultrasonic wave sensor and a tilt angle sensor. The control system controls steering, acceleration and deceleration of the wheelchair according to received road condition information fed back by the ultrasonic wave sensor and controls a push rod motor to run according to received information of the tilt angle sensor to enable a wheelchair seat to rotate around a wheelchair support, so that the wheelchair seat is perpendicular to the horizontal plane all the time. Due to the fact that the detection system formed by the tilt angle sensor and the ultrasonic wave sensor is arranged on the wheelchair, road conditions are detected in the wheelchair advancing process, so that the wheelchair is made to avoid barriers in time, the wheelchair seat is made to rotate around the wheelchair support so as to guarantee that the wheelchair seat is perpendicular to the horizontal plane all the time, discomfort caused by centre-of-gravity shift of a passenger because of climbing is eliminated, and the climbing stability is improved.
