Medical endoscope imaging system

2013
A medical endoscope imaging system is provided with at least one light source, a CMOS sensor, a lens, a PCB, a transparent heat insulation cover and a host, wherein the PCB is connected with a bending assembly. The light sources and the CMOS sensor are fixedly connected to the PCB, the lens and the CMOS sensor are fixedly connected, and the PCB is fixedly connected to the front end of the bending assembly. The PCB is provided with a working channel hole, and the light sources and the CMOS sensor are arranged beside the working channel hole. The transparent heat insulation cover is arranged in front of the light sources, and the lower portion of the transparent heat insulation cover is fixedly connected with the bending assembly. The host is arranged and connected with the PCB through electric signals. A traditional CCD sensor is replaced by the CMOS sensor in a camera shooting system, the near light sources are arranged to replace traditional cold light sources in which light guide fibers are used, and therefore cost is lowered to a large degree, the lighting and imaging effects are good, heat generated by the light sources arranged on the front end portion is isolated through the transparent heat insulation cover, the range of visibility can also be increased through the transparent heat insulation cover, and under the condition that the transparent heat insulation cover is tightly attached to a wounded part, the lens can still clearly collect the image of the wounded part.
