Utilización de saccharomyces cerevisiae y enzimas digestivas (0,04; 0,06 y 0,08 %) en cerdos en la etapa de crecimiento y engorde y su influencia en la ganancia de peso en la provincia de Bolívar

2014
In the Swinish Program of the Ability of Agricultural Sciences of the State University of Bolivar, located in the canton Guaranda of Bolivar's county and located 2.640 m.s.n.m., half temperature 14,50 °C, humidity relative 70,0% and precipitation annual 500,0 mm. You study the effect of three levels of Saccharomyces cerevisiae and enzymes (0,04; 0,06 and 0,08%) in the feeding of pigs during the growth and put on weight. 32 mestizo pigs of 65 days of age and a weight average of 24,281 Kg were used that were distributed totally at random under a design of Blocks, with 4 repetitions for treatment and the size of the experimental unit was of 2 a nimals. The experimental results demonstrated during the stage of growth and put on weight, without being determined statistical differences, the best answers in the levels 0,04; 0,06 and 0,08% of Saccharomyces cerevisiae and enzymes in the earnings of weight with 0,638; 0,629 and 0,635 Kg; in the food consumption in the level 0,04% with 1,963 Kg; in nutritious conversion and cost for kilogram of weight in the level 0,08% with 3,03 and 1,58 dollars; the biggest economic profitabilities in the pigs fed with the levels 0,06 and 0,08% of Saccharomyces cerevisiae and enzymes with 1,13 of benefit / cost, respectively, without registering deaths in none of the treatments. In consideration to the reached results, it is recommended to use the probiotico Saccharomyces cerevisiae and enzymes until 0,08% in the diets balanced during the growth and put on weight to be positive effects in the study variables. Describers: Yeast, Saccharomyces cerevisiae, enzymes, probiotico, nutritious conversion, cost for kilogram of weight, benefit / cost
