Методика расчёта конструктивных и технологических параметров шахтного охладителя полножирной экструдированной сои

In this article we present theoretical and experimental researches of a design of the device for cooling full-fat extruded soy. The design procedure of a mine cooler of full-fat extruded soy, realizing jalousie design of lateral surfaces is offered. Experimental researches of cooling of a product confirm results of calculations.
