Effect analysis of suspension roll rate distribution on vehicle transient response

The vehicle transient response was simulated according to different roll rate distribution by orthogonal method based on the vehicle model built and verified in ADAMS/Car, in which T.B. was used as an evaluation index, the spring stiffness and anti-roll bar diameter as design variables. Then, the regression equation between transient characteristics and design variables was gained by linear regression method. And the interaction between the design variables was analyzed. The research provides an important basis for matching vehicle roll rate.
