Proyectos de innovación en Administración Pública y Empresarial en Cuba

Introduction: In Cuba the objectives of the Public and Business Administration are conducted by the Communist Party, the State and the Government, with the participation of the people. The achievement of these purposes requires a comprehensive approach to innovation. Objective: To present the approach adopted in the innovation projects led by the cadres, for a more effective performance of their management. Methods: The methodology is supported in the concepts, the stages, the techniques, the planning of the activities and the effectiveness and efficiency indicators. Results: Some results of the overcoming of the cadres of the Public and Business Administration in the Superior School of Cadres of the State and of the Government of Cuba are presented. Conclusions: The implementation of the innovation projects of the cadres contributes decisively with the Guidelines of the Economic and Social Policy and the fulfillment of the agreements of the congresses of the Communist Party of Cuba.
