ANALISIS MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PETUGAS TB PARU PADA PROGRAM PEMBERANTASAN PENYAKIT TB PARU DI PUSKESMAS MEUTULANG ACEH BARAT

Motivation is desire, needs, goals, goals and encouragement. Based on preliminary studies on officers who lack confidence, then the lack of endurance and internal pressure on officers due to lack of motivation in work is caused by officers not checking phlegm at the puskesmas. The purpose of this study was to explain the analysis of work motivation on the performance of pulmonary TB officers in the Pulmonary Tuberculosis Eradication Program. Using 1 main informant, 4 supporting informants. Data collection in 2 ways, namely in-depth interviews and observations. the results of the study are discipline from employees where certain policies for late direct given alpha sanctions, self-confidence where barriers to examination must be done in other health centers, resistance to pressure where lack of motivation of officers, responsibility in doing work where due to lack of tools and materials takes time in achieve his work. In conclusion, there are problems regarding the results of research that are still not optimal in the presence of discipline from employees, self-confidence, resistance to pressure, responsibility in doing work and motivation for performance is still reduced due to lack of tools. It is recommended for Meutulang Health Center to improve discipline, confidence in resistance to pressure and responsibility for officers by always monitoring the participation of TB coordinators in coordinator meetings held every month.
