Развитие системы органов местного самоуправления в Тамбовской области

The article is dedicated to the comparative analysis of implementation of the Federal Act as of 06.10.2003 № 131-FZ «On the general principles of municipal administration organization in the Russian Federation» in the territory of Tambov region and other subjects of the Russian Federation. The special features and the actually financed privileges of the municipal administration bodies in relation to resolution of the problems of local importance in Tambov region are determined. The tasks set to municipal administration bodies are analyzed, and the methods of their solution are designated.
