The present invention relates to a medical silicon adhesive composition. More specifically, a main material is produced by mixing a silicon vinyl polymer (siloxanes and silicones, dimethyl, vinyl terminated) with a block-type silicon hydrogen polymer (methylhydrosiloxane-dimethysiloxane copolymer, trimethylsiloxy terminated) which is a cross-linking agent, a linear silicon hydrogen polymer (hydride terminated polydimethysiloxane) which is a chain extending agent, a vinyl mequinol resin (silicic acid sodium salt hydrolysis products with chlorotrimethylsilane and dichloroethenylmethylsilane) which is an adhesive force improving agent, and ethylcyclohexanol (1-ethylcyclohexanol) which is a retardant, and a medical silicon adhesive composition is produced by mixing the main material with a platinum-based catalyst. The medical silicon adhesive composition prevents patient skin irritation, and is not harmful to a human body. Also, the medical silicon adhesive composition has excellent absorptivity and wound healing effects, and has excellent adhesive force including initial adhesive force and re-adhesive force.
