Influence de la pureté de la matière première sur les conditions de tirage et la morphologie des monocristaux de tellure obtenus par la méthode czochralski

1974
Abstract During the crystal growth study of tellurium, which led to the pulling of about 150 single crystals, it was established that the pulling conditions and morphology of the crystals depend on the purity degree of the raw material. With increasing purity, the same working parameters led successively from a polycrystalline boule to a single crystal in a stable pulling process and to a single crystal in an instable pulling process. These facts should have been observed for other elements than tellerium. It seems that they have not been mentioned elsewhere in the literature.
