PURPOSE: An electrode lead is provided to selectively form an anti-corrosion protective layer only on an electrode lead part outside a cell, thereby preventing corrosion of the electrode lead by the external environment, and to reduce the resistance of cells. CONSTITUTION: An electrode lead comprises a protective layer for preventing corrosion(90) selectively formed on an electrode lead part outside a cell. The electrode lead is a negative electrode lead and/or positive electrode lead. The protective layer is formed on one side or both sides of the electrode lead. The thickness of the protective layer is 0.1 nm-500 microns. A secondary battery(10) comprises an electrode assembly(30), an external material(20) for accepting the electrode assembly, and an electrode lead(60) electrically connected to the electrode assembly.
