PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charge/discharge control system and charge/discharge control method that are capable of securing charge/discharge capacity for a plurality of storage batteries.SOLUTION: A charge control system including a power conditioner unit for charging a first storage battery and a second storage battery comprises a control unit for controlling the power conditioner unit so as to compare the first storage battery's SOC with a reference value to charge or stop charging the first storage battery on the basis of a result of the comparison, update the reference value to a value lower than the reference value when charging the first storage battery has been stopped, and charge the second storage battery when charging the first storage battery has been stopped and the first storage battery's SOC is equal to or higher than the reference value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
