Modelo conceptual para evaluar las conductas estratégicas del personal hotelero

En Cuba, la busqueda del ajuste o correspondencia entre la evaluacion del desempeno individual y el desempeno organizacional se ha convertido en un desafio empresarial en el ambito de la gestion de capital humano, en las organizaciones turisticas, en particular. Por tal motivo, se realizo una investigacion con el objetivo de explicar la funcion de las conductas estrategicas en las competencias del personal hotelero como elemento alineador entre ambas variables. El modelo conceptual utilizado ofrece el fundamento teorico para el desarrollo de las acciones metodologicas y practicas en la evaluacion del desempeno individual. Se logro reconocer las variables fundamentales que condicionan el desempeno (objetivos estrategicos, mision, vision, conductas estrategicas en las competencias, condiciones tecnico-organizativas, entorno y desempeno de los procesos), las cuales se mostraron a traves del cuadro de mando integral, que permitio la conectividad en los indicadores de gestion, a sus diferentes niveles (estrategico, tactico y operativo). Abstract In Cuba, the search for the adjustment or correspondence between the individual performance evaluation and organizational performance has become an enterprise challenge in the environment of human capital management, particularly in tourism organizations. That is why this study was conducted to explain the functions of strategic behaviors in the competences of hotel staff as aligner element between both variables. The conceptual model used offers the theoretical basis for the development of the methodological and practical actions in the evaluation of individual performance. As a result the main variables that condition performance (strategic objectives, mission, vision, strategic behaviors in the competences, organizational and technical conditions, environment and the performance of the processes) were recognized, which were shown through the balanced scorecard, allowing the connectivity in the management indicators, at its different levels (strategic, tactical and operational).
