Research on a kind of database encryption methods based on SM-AES algorithm

SM-AES(S-Box Modified AES) algorithm refers to a new AES encryption algorithm which uses a replacement scheme of S-box.This paper uses SM-AES encryption algorithm to encrypt the database processing.It improves resistance to cryptanalytic attacks by replacing the original S-box in AES algorithm.The performance of the improved S-box has enhanced greatly compared to the previous AES S-boxes.And if this kind of improved S-box is used in database encryption system,it will improve its non-linear and differential physical characteristics of the algorithm and improve the security of database.
