Methods: Selected 100 patients with lower extremity fractures in our hospital from January 2005 to December 2010, they were checked using clinical observation method and diagnosed the concurrent DVT, analyzed the relationship between lower limb fractures complicated with DVT and age, gender, fracture site and whether had complications. Results: There was significant difference between the patients with lower limb deep venous thrombosis and different ages, different fracture site and whether complications, but there was no significant difference between different sex patients. Conclusion: The main factors for DVT are slow blood flow, hypercoagulability and venous wall injury, early intervention and effective care will help to reduce the incidence of DVT.
