An automatic fluid injection comprising a base body (1), intended to come into contact with an area to be injected, a support assembly (2) for supporting an actuating mechanism (5, 6, 7) controlled by power supply means (11) and triggered by at least one actuating button (200), at least one reservoir (3) of fluid, each having an injection plunger (35) disposed in said base body (1), a needle assembly (100) having an insertion actuator (8), the needle moving means (9, 9 '), an ignition needle (101) associated with each tank (3) and intended to penetrate in said tank (3) prior to movement of said piston (35), and an injection needle (102) for entering the area to be injected and to inject the contents of said tanks (3) in said area to be injected.
