Bilateral cleft lip and palate diagnosed sonographically at 11 weeks of pregnancy.

Cleft lip with or without cleft palate is the most common facial malformation in newborns. We report a case of bilateral cleft lip and palate that was detected via transvaginal sonography at 11 weeks and 5 days of gestation.
