中美变电站隔离开关抗震设防规范的研究 Comparative Study on Seismic Code of the Disconnect Switch between Chinese and American Standard

为研究我国电力设备抗震设计规范的适用性,通过研究中美电气设备的抗震设防标准,对比分析了电气设备的分类、设防目标、设防水准等方面之间的差异,提出了我国相关规范的特点。并以隔离开关和接地开关为例,阐述了它的操作要求、评定方法、评定步骤、设计要求和报告内容等。通过美国变电站抗震设防标准的分析研究,借鉴其先进的抗震设计理论,提出了修订我国电气设备抗震设计的建议。 In order to study the applicability of Chinese code for seismic design of electrical equipment, we comparatively analyze the seismic performance goal and level of electrical equipment between Chinese and American standard. As a case study of disconnect and grounding switch, its operation requirements, assessment method, assess steps, design requirement and more are expounded. Through the analysis and study of substation seismic fortification standards, this paper puts forward related suggestions on the revision of our country’s seismic design of electrical equipment.
