Industrial color vision detection device and method

The invention relates to an industrial color vision detection device and method. The color vision detection device mainly comprises a camera, a light source and a control box, wherein the light source is used for adjustment of wave bands and providing of light of a plurality of wave bands for mixing, by utilizing indirect lighting; the control box realizes separate control on each wave band and digital adjustable luminance in 256 levels. The luminance can be adjusted based on the colors of an actual detection target and a background so that the detection target and the background can be separated in a better way, the quality of the obtained image is better, and the resolution of a machinery vision detection device during target detection is improved. The invention has wide applications in detections of textiles, foods and plastic products and in industrial detections.
