ГИС-технологии для обоснования региональных систем обращения с медицинскими отходами

The article is devoted to the study of one of the most topical issues, namely the organization of the system of waste management in medical institutions in the regions as a whole. This is especially important in connection with the amendments to the Russian legislation in environmental and sanitary areas. Our studies show that for safe functioning in ecological and epidemiological systems waste classes B and C a comprehensive approach to building a functional model of a decentralized or centralized system based on the regional medico-geographic data on the basis of GIS-technologies and the unified electronic system of control and management of hospital waste should be applied, which will ensure optimal health and state of the environment.
