Scalable Integrated Photonics Beamforming Circuits

Integrated photonics beamforming circuits are presented. In addition to demonstrating the generation and squint-free beamsteering of millimeter wave signals using photonic true time delay arrays, we propose novel concepts for scaling these arrays.
